It is not possible for Buyers to directly access this Portal or its contents or the data behind this Portal (except to the extent Catseye allows based on the Supplier's application to use and relevant terms), to ensure there is a complete and demonstrable separation of tender management.

Remember though: if you use this Portal, you do so at your own risk and without any liability passing to Catseye, either in connection to your chosen use of this Portal, the contents of the subject matter you post or issue, and you are responsible for complying with any relevant legislation. Use of this Portal does not relieve you of any obligations or transfer any obligations to Catseye.

To register, all you need to do is:

2. Inform Catseye how you wish to use this Portal.
By submitting this form, you consent to us obtaining and retaining data on your organisation from any relevant searchable records in the public domain, for the purpose of identification, and that this data must be retained for a minimum of seven years and may be retained as long as necessary dependent on your exact use of this Portal. You also consent to us providing your organisation name only to potential Suppliers without requesting your express permission and potentially at some point placing your logo or name on our website, and appearing in lists based on your sector categorisation and how we chose to re-define this. For the purposes of GDPR, we shall not otherwise share any of your data ourselves; it is important to note if you chose to share data through this Portal it will be an open and public record without time limitation that any party or member of the public can access. If you need to hold data or content confidential, inform us in advance or only share that data through the messaging system.
